What is a Family Law Specialist? |

The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization certifies qualified attorneys in several different fields as specialists in those fields. In order to be certified as a Family Law specialist, the attorney must meet all certification requirements, including passing a written test, demonstrating sufficient experience in Family Law, attending required classes in continuing legal education, and providing references from other practitioners. |
